A very good renaissance alto recorder by the late John Cousen (1926-2014).
It’s one piece in cherry with an ebony mount at the foot. Timber is all in good condition with a couple of little sratches and dings here and there.
It’s playing exceptionally well and in tune at A=440. It has good volume, a nice bright tone and is very responsive.
