John Grey Banjolele-£200

A lovely John Grey and Sons banjolele, made in England, probably in the 1930s.

It’s in very good cosmetic condition, with only a few minor scuffs here and there. The neck is straight and it is playing easily and in tune all the way up the neck. The distinctive triangular friction pegs are working well and the vellum is in very good condition.

Comes in a well-preserved old case.

Scale length 33cm, overall length 58 cm, 8″ pot with a 10.5″ resonator.
