A 19-string clarsach/celtic harp, maker unknown but probably from †he 1970s-1990s.
The overall finish is a little rough but it is a solidly made thing and has clearly lasted a good few decades.
I have restrung is with red brass wire based on the gauges of what few strings remained on it when it came to me. These gauges of strings give it 2.5 octaves F-C
It is fairly quiet but has a pleasant tone.
