A set of six pitched hand bells, playing the first six notes of a major scale starting from an A (albeit about 30 cents sharp). So roughly A, B, C#, D, E, F#.
Unlike modern hand bells, whose clappers can only move back in forth in one plane, these have ball and chain clappers inside, making them harder to strike predictably.
