A lovely Waldzither made in Bavaria by Willibald Kreuzinger.
The Kreuzinger family seem to have a long tradition of instrument making, with another Willibald Kreuzinger making violins in Rye, East Sussex as recently as 2020. This instrument seems to be from the mid 20th century so I’m guessing it was made by one of his forebears.
9 Strings in 5 courses, Currently tuned GDAEB. (The lowest string is an octave below violin/mandolin G).
Playing well and sounding very nice.
